About The Gathering Place

The Gathering Place is located in the heart of Archdale in a 2-story manor that was built in the 1930’s. Before entering you will find a large front porch to enjoy those wonderful warm days. Our spacious rooms allow you to transform your event into whatever you would like for it to be. As you enter you will see that we have an open floor plan with original hardwoods throughout accommodating up to 120 people. Our dramatic staircase leads up to rooms that continue the rustic feel of this home. A large open room with fireplace and sliding french doors to divide rooms if needed. Bar area is located beside this room with a wine fridge which can be set up as a full service bar. Located beside the prep kitchen is a area to set up food for self serving buffet style during your event. Outside in the courtyard are tables and umbrellas to enjoy the nice weather inside and out. You have to see in order to appreciate the down home feel. No matter the event we have someone on staff to help you plan your unforgettable day!
